Project Description

Baxa needed a new facility that would accommodate their need for manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, clean room, and R&D space. After considering a new ground up project near Dove Valley, Baxa decided to purchase a space in Compark Business Park. Intergroup was brought on to provide extensive specialty interior improvements. Intergroup provided racking design for finished goods, an office, and a Class 1000 clean room assembly facility. Since completing that project, Intergroup was brought on in 2007 to assist with the organization’s massive growth by creating an expansion and other facility amenities.

Founded in 1975, Baxa Corp. completes $150 million in annual sales of pharmacy technology for the healthcare market. Baxa’s product line enhances the efficiency and safety of oral and IV dose preparation and delivery. Acquired by Baxter Corp for $380 million in 2011, Baxa’s product line is now delivered worldwide by Baxter Corp.
