Project Description
As a community of about 500 residences, the local constituents of Columbine Valley wanted a connection to the larger civic and public works of the City of Littleton. With a limited budget and limited schedule, Intergroup was approached to devise a solution for a combined town hall and police facility that would serve as a home for a local police presence and demonstrate to Columbine Valley residents that their home town is a valuable part of the larger city. The rotunda tier roof adds a civic nature to the multifunctional facility.
