PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This new flex industrial building in Southwest Longmont was developed to meet the demands for last mile deliveries, an underrepresented product type in the area. The building is located on a 3.36-acre lot. It is a single-story, site-cast tilt-up concrete, high bay facility with 24-foot clear heights, 16 dock high loading areas, and four drive-in doors. The structure features architectural details such as wing walls and glass storefronts. Natural light is accessed with clerestory windows in the warehouse and spandrel glazing at the corner entries.
