The Pauls Corporation is a land, commercial, and residential real estate development firm headquartered in Colorado. They have developed numerous developments in Colorado including Gateway Park, the Harley Buildings, and The Crest Apartments.

Project Description

As part of a 17 year project, The Paul’s Corporation developed 2.9 million square feet of space at Gateway Park on the boarder of Aurora and Denver. Intergroup worked with their firm to develop the Town Center at Gateway Park which is a  100,460 SF retail building complex designed for four big box retailers – Best Buy, Bed, Bath, & Beyond, Office Depot, and PetCo. Intergroup completed the core and shell for all four and the tenant interior for Best Buy. Additional buildings included, 8,000 SF of space for in-line, small business retail.
