What is your favorite ice cream?
Dreamsicle! Okay, here’s a visual: take orange sherbet and vanilla ice cream together, but not mixed, and make it a popsicle on a stick.

Who is your favorite architect?
Santiago Calatrava, because he combines his architectural, engineering, and artistic skills into his projects, much like Gaudi did.  His buildings that move on demand are very intriguing.

What is your favorite season?
No doubt - summer! Summer temperatures, summer colors, summer smells, summer activities, summer foods, summer landscapes, long light days... don’t get me started!

What is something about yourself that no one would guess you’ve done?
I caught a black widow spider singlehandedly, with a Kleenex last summer.

What is your favorite tool?

A long reach sprayer quick-coupled to a garden hose.  Mine’s purple anodized aluminum. Works on the garden, the windows, the dogs...

Who is your hero?
My nephew who survived a tour of Army duty in Bagdad, Iraq.  He enlisted when he graduated from high school and had just turned 18.  He did it for all the right reasons, money not included, but didn’t know all he was getting into.  He’s a changed man now and never voices a regret or complaint.

What do you do to relieve stress?
I tether myself to our two daschunds and let them pull me around for about a mile.  Works miracles on stress and clears my mind.
