GETTING TO KNOW KRIS...
What need does your company fill?
We can provide a good service for a very competitive price.
How do you want your clients to feel when they work with you?
I want my clients to feel comfortable when working with me. I want them to know that their project is in capable hands and that the Intergroup team can take care of their needs.
What are the challenges you see routinely in projects?
There are a lot of projects we work on with a limited amount of time and a limited budget, it’s important to meet those challenges and provide designs that solve problems and provide solutions.
Why is Intergroup different than other firms?
Because each person has their own specialty, we have a pretty good range of expertise. I don’t think there is a project type out there that someone in our office wouldn’t be able to do.
Kris approaches each of his projects with an exceptionally experienced background but also he makes it a point to answer client questions thoroughly, and break down architectural jargon. He is excellent for really helping his clients understand the process of architectural design and how each detail relates to their project goals.
Kris understands decision making can sometimes be a process, he is attentive to procedures and policies and works closely with key project stakeholders to meet the demands the project requires for work methods, budgets, and schedules.
Kris is focuses on providing project professionals with unambiguous, clear directives in order to ensure a smooth project delivery.
