PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Gordon Holdings wanted an energy efficient, cost effective, and industrial-office hybrid building that would project a strong image to the community, reflect the entrepreneurial success of the company, and be completed on a fast track schedule.

Designed to produce 100 million pounds of composite material annually with a goal of having a zero waste operation, the design team utilized Tilt-Up Construction panels to develop a high performance and low maintenance building. With construction completed in just 4 months, the signature design of the facility has been nominated for best NAIOP Industrial Development of the Year and is a 2013 Tilt-Up Achievement Award Winner.
