GETTING TO KNOW COLLIN...

What specialties do you bring to my project?

I’m a tech person, so I like to employ all the latest gadgets and software on each project. I’ve also been accused of perfectionism, to which I plead guilty.

Who is your favorite architect?

Douglas Darden, not just for his incredible graphical talent but for his ability to tell a story through his work.  His theoretical buildings, rendered in graphite, are darkly morbid yet surprisingly inspiring.

CHARACTER

COLLIN COMPLETE.jpg

Collin examines his work extensively and provides detailed directives for layout and placement. His abilities give both the client and the contractor a comprehensive understanding of how documents turn the client’s vision into a buildable project.

COLLIN SELF-AWARE.jpg

Recognizing that no set of design documents is perfect, Collin reviews the project at key milestones with all the team members helping mitigate potential problems, curtail scope creep, and keep the project on track.

COLLIN MINDFUL.jpg

Collin understands client vision. He is open to ideas and responds with multiple solutions.
